2023年7月13日，美国Vicor Corporation根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定某些功率转换器模块和计算系统及其下游产品（Certain Power Converter Modules and Computing Systems Containing the Same）侵犯了其知识产权。

Ltd.(d/b/a Foxconn Technology Group) of Taiwan、中国广东Foxconn Industrial Internet Co. Ltd. of China富士康工业互联网股份有限公司、美国FII USA Inc. (a/k/a Foxconn Industrial Internet USA Inc.) of Milwaukee, WI、中国台湾地区Ingrasys Technology Inc. of Taiwan、美国and Ingrasys Technology USA Inc. of San Jose, CA为列名被告。
