外国企业对特定用于液晶显示器的玻璃基板及其下游产品和制造此类基板的方法提起337调查申请

2024年12月18日，美国Corning Incorporated根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定用于液晶显示器的玻璃基板及其下游产品和制造此类基板的方法（Certain Glass Substrates for Liquid Crystal Displays, Products Containing the Same, and Methods for Manufacturing the Same）违反了美国337条款。
