美国企业对特定电气连接器和保持架及其组件和下游产品提起337调查申请

2020年12月18日，美国Amphenol Corp.安费诺集团根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定电气连接器和保持架及其组件和下游产品（Electrical Connectors and Cages, Components Thereof, and Products Containing The Same）侵犯了其专利权。

中国广东Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., China立讯精密工业股份有限公司、中国广东Dongguan Luxshare Precision Industry Co. Ltd., China东莞立讯精密工业股份有限公司、中国香港Luxshare Precision Limited (HK), China香港立讯有限公司、美国Luxshare-ICT Inc., Milipitas, CA为列名被告。
