美国ITC发布对电子眼镜产品及其组件的337部分终裁

2024年2月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子眼镜产品及其组件（Certain Electronic Eyewear Products and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1383）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年1月31日作出的初裁（No.17）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对列名被告英国Lucyd Ltd. of United Kingdom、美国Innovative Eyewear, Inc. of North Miami, FL的调查。

2023年12月20日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定电子眼镜产品及其组件（Certain Electronic Eyewear Products and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1383）。

2023年11月20日，美国Ingeniospec, LLC of San Jose, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号8,770,742、10,310,296、11,762,224、11,803,069），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
