美国ITC发布对集成电路及其产品的337部分终裁

2020年2月3日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定集成电路及其产品（Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1148）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2020年1月6日作出的初裁（Order No.44）不予复审，即基于申请方提出的动议，终止本案对专利号10,141,334第9和第24项申诉、对专利号10,186,523第22-24项申诉的调查。

2019年3月11日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定集成电路及其产品（Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1148）。

2018年12月19日，美国Tela Innovations, Inc., of Los Gatos, CA向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7,943,966、7,948,012、10,141,334、10,141,335、10,186,523），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
