外国企业对特定外国制造的半导体器件及其下游产品和组件提起337调查申请

2025年2月19日，爱尔兰Longitude Licensing Ltd.、爱尔兰Marlin Semiconductor Limited 根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定外国制造的半导体器件及其下游产品和组件（Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）违反了美国337条款。

中国台湾地区Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited of Taiwan、美国Apple Inc. of Cupertino, CA、美国Broadcom Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、中国香港特别行政区Lenovo Group Limited of China、中国湖北Motorola (Wuhan) Mobility Technologies Communication Company Limited of China摩托罗拉（武汉）移动技术通信有限公司、中国福建Motorola Mobile Communication Technology Ltd. of China摩托罗拉移动通信技术有限公司、中国广东OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、美国Qualcomm Inc. of San Diego, CA为列名被告。
